Share a report
POST/v1/reports/:id/share
Mints the share token and seals the report against edits. Session-only: sharing is a human trust step, so no API key can perform it. Takes no request body: any non-empty body, {} included and whatever its media type, is refused with 400 validation_failed, one error coded unknown_field at pointer "".
