Publish a calculation
POST/v1/calculations/:id/publish
Moves a validated calculation to published. Publication is terminal. Session-only: publishing is a human trust step, so no API key can perform it. Takes no request body: any non-empty body, {} included and whatever its media type, is refused with 400 validation_failed, one error coded unknown_field at pointer "".
