Ingest a batch of events

POST

/v1/events

Stores 1 to 500 canonical events. A problem with one event rejects that event only; the response lists every problem of each rejected row, one errors entry per problem. The batch is complete when the response is sent. Deduplication is per event, by event_id or the content hash, so a retried batch reports its stored rows as duplicates. This operation ignores Idempotency-Key. API keys only: a session is refused with 401.

The batch was processed. Rows that failed are in errors.

Response Headers
    X-Request-Id

The request's id, to quote in support requests. Echoes the request's X-Request-Id when it was at most 200 bytes of visible ASCII; otherwise generated.

    RateLimit

Sent on every response to an API key once the rate limiter has run: absent on 401 and 403, and on every response to a session. The quota left in the one policy the request consumed, as IETF draft-ietf-httpapi-ratelimit-headers-11 specifies, e.g. "api";r=599;t=1. It tracks the draft, and may change to follow a newer draft without being treated as a breaking change. Do not base retries on it; retry on Retry-After.

    RateLimit-Policy

Sent whenever RateLimit is. Every policy the key is subject to, as IETF draft-11 specifies. It tracks the draft, and may change to follow a newer draft without being treated as a breaking change.
